Question about Safety 1st Crystal Clear Monitor
I've owned the monitor for a couple of years and it just started doin this a couple of weeks ago. It has never had this issue bedore.

The light on the camera unit not being illuminated indicate this is where the problem lies.
Ensure that the camera unit is plugged in and press the power button on the camera unit. If the camera unit does not switch on this is what has failed and you require a replacement - please contact your retailer. If the camera unit switches on and the parent unit is unable to establish a connection follow the instructions in the user manual to add a camera.
