I have a problem,I have had a x-box 360 since christmas. And today i accidentally knocked it over and i have caused the "perfect circle scratch" on saints row 2.And since then it has caused scratches on all my games. Can anyone help ?
Return it to the store it was purchased from and ask for a replacement. Tell them it's scratching discs. Knocking it over didn't help and certainly made matters worse, but there are some 360's out there that are notorious for this.
Otherwise you'll need to call Microsoft and debate it with them.

If there are no visible scratches or cracks on the DVD, it could be a problem with the lens inside your 360. It either needs to be cleaned or it's defected. Information on cleaning the lens can be found here:
You can fix this but it involves dismantling the xbox and putting 4 blocks on the top of the inside of the drive, I would always recommender running your xbox horizontally and somewhere it won't get knocked on a solid surface with plenty of ventalation
I've heard that when you put discs in the 360 and have the machine
perpendicular to the ground, scratches sometimes occur. From my own
personal experience, physically moving the 360 while playing a disc can
sometimes cause scratches. I'd call 1-800-4-MYXBOX and ask them about
it. Try their tech support and hopefully any fixes fall within your warranty or are easier than that. I'm sure that they'd be glad to help. Good luck!

That is a very odd problem. Unless you have a special warranty, the unit will not get replaced for a new one until it cannot be fixed by a tech. You have to write or e-mail Microsofts contact in your manual and complain about the games getting destroyed by the Xbox. They may want to see copies of the receipts for the games too, but be very firm with them or they will not take you serious.
