a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Well when you first turn your computer on where it counts up the memory it usually tells you what kind of video card you have. Barring that it's either an Nvidia or an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator. you can go to http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/ and punch in your notebook model number and such and then it will take you to a page with either driver. Select the Nvidia one first and it should tell you if you don't have that video card then you can do the other one. If not install the Intel driver. Once you get a driver to install and find out what kind of card you have then you need to go to www.intel.com or www.nvidia.com and get the newest driver available. I know at Nvidia you can just download one driver and it will autodetect your videocard and install the right one for you.

SOURCE: Graphics Card?
The best way to get current drivers is to go to the manufature website and download them.
Select your OS then under VGA driver download the one that matches your machine.
You can not upgrade a graphics card in this laptop. Your best bet if you play games is to get a desktop computer. Desktop computers are more upgradable than laptops (for the most part).
