My Apple wireless keyboard, the white 2003 model, has stopped responding to my computer. It spontaneously stopped responding, and now it won't pair anymore. I've taken it to the Apple Store and they said it couldn't be repaired or replaced through them. Any suggestions?

It will depend if it is Bluetooth or uses a small USB receiver. If it is Bluetooth you will have to sync it with your computer's wireless card if you have one.
If it has a USB receiver you will have to press the sync buttons on both the receiver and the keyboard at the same time. The sync button is usually on the back of the keyboard and the bottom of the reciever.
If the Bluetooth keyboard is not responding try to do the following:
1. Change batteries 2. Go to control panel 3. Click Bluetooth Icon 4. Delete the Bluetooth Keyboard 5. Click on Add new wireless device 6. Press the pairing device on the keyboard 7. Bluetooth keyboard will be detected 8. Follow the onscreen instructions
Hope this helps, Tried it several times and it works perfectly
try to insert another usb drive on the port.it the usb works then probably the bluetooth transmitter is faulty. If the USB drive also does not work... then probably the USB port of the computer damaged.
