Question about Candy Washing Machines
Hi, I've just had my new washing machine installed. The engineer installed it and put the machine on spin and it worked. He leaves, 60 minutes later I go to do my first wash and when I turn it to a program, half the lights turn on and stay on. However when I turn the dial or press the buttons, nothing alters the lights that are on, and no programme starts. The door remains unlocked too. No error code appears - the LEDs don't make any legible alphanumerics. Nothing is flashing, though the lights are lit above the Delay and Spin Selection buttons (but pressing them does nothing to the display). Does this sound like a fault? Will it reset itself by being off at the wall for a certain period of time? Many thanks, Lloyd

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had this EXACT problem this morning and ended up calling the Sears Home Central Team out (I have an extended maintenance agreement). This is an error code that CAN BE RESET by the end user (you and me!) and doesn't need a repairmain. Here's what you do:
PRESS AND HOLD the START and CANCEL BUTTONS.
The four lights above the START button will begin to flash.
Continuing holding the START and CANCEL button and "spin" your wash selector knob to "SPIN".
Release the START and CANCEL buttons and Press the START button.
This will RESET the error codes within the system and allow you to "cancel out" of the DELAY START.
IF the error codes are "bad ones", then the system will stay locked and you'll need to call a repairman; however, this "fix" should work for MOST of the routine system error codes.
Worked on mine and we're a happy washing family once again!!
