hmmm. Let's start by swapping the wires you are using for your speakers. Double check the wire connections first, then take the left and place iton the right and vice versa.

Ideally you would use a signal processor between the source and amplifier/ new sub, but if you have multiple sources the easiest way would be to run an active sub (with an amplifier built in) from the TAPE OUT of the amplifier.
