Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Plug in the drive -go to my computer and find it right click and go properties - look for folder options -choose show hidden folders -- you will probably find a folder called( trash) delete it and you should get your space back

I use a Philips Sa32XX 4Gb version go gear . memory full and ...

I just managed to get this problem worked out, added a bunch of music then it would just freeze up while it said "Updating." I finally got Windows to recognize it by plugging it in while starting up the computer (dumb luck), just plug it in right after the first Windows screen shows up. Not sure why it worked, but it worked twice for me. Once I got Windows to recognize it I could finally go in and delete a couple things to make space for all the system files the thing needs to run. At that point the Philips device manager also recognized it, and let me repair it (at this point it will tell you to unplug it, then hold down the back button, plug it in, and don't let go of the back button until it tells you to). Might also try the hold down the back button and plug it in trick first to see what it does, it might just work that way too. At any rate, make sure there is some free space on it before you unplug it and try to use it, otherwise I imagine it will mess up again. Also, to note, mine said the firmware upgrade failed, but everything works fine. It took quite a while for it to update after I unplugged it, but I guess that is normal. Best of all, I didn't lose the rest of the stuff I had on there!

AUDIO FILES

your car stereo apparently only recognizes mp3
your ripped cds are probably in a different format such as wma (windoes media audio).
when ripping a cd choose mp3 as the encoder instead.
it should work

about changing order:
the order is alphabetical, you can change the order if you change the name. adding numbers in the beggining of all filenames should do it

Sansa e260

The e260 works with microSD cards. Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card and won't work in the Sansa.
With a microSD card, simply put music tracks into a folder called "MUSIC". When the card is installed, the Sansa will see the additional tracks.
