Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer (PSC 2410) gives me an error message "check color cartridge" when it is powered on. I have checked and replaced the color cartridge many times, with no change. We have tried to turn off and on the printer, with no change. The printer is totally disabled, and will not function, even with the black cartridge. Please help!
Try resetting the printer to factory defauts. Hold down the # and 6 buttons. Pull out the power cable while holding these buttons down. Keep your fingers on these buttons and put back the power cable. It should now show (full/partial reset). Follow the prompts and setup all your original features. If this fails then you might have a hardware problem.(Carriage assembly or Cartridge Holder)
