a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

You need to contact amazon, or the seller via amazon if item ordered was not direct from amazon. Go to your amazon orders page, select the order and you should be able to ask where it is. Hope this helps
Different merchant's have different policies, so you will need to check the merchant's website for their Return Policy or Terms of Service. Most merchant's generally issue a refund within 30 days and your return is getting close to 60 days.
I would contact the merchant by phone. Be polite, and be sure to get the name of the person you talk to and any "case number" issued. If they do not have a phone number listed then contact via email or a contact form on their website.
Also, have your original order number and your return tracking number ready to provide to them.
As a last resort, you can contact Discover Card to help you resolve the matter... good luck!
US Customs can inspect anything they desire, China can do the same. I shipped to El Salvador and a automotive part was in Customs for over 2 months before it cleared... Contact WHO you shipped it through with the tracking number, you should have insured it as part of the shipping and file a claim.
hi don, im no real shipping expert but the very first thing to do is contact the shipper, if you get no results there then you can contact your credit card company providing that is how you paid. did you buy direct from them? they should have some type of conflict resolution system in place just for this steve
if you have not recieved your item, call the company first and tell them that you have not recieved what you ordered, and the if that doesn't help, than call paypal and ask them what to do paypal 1-888-221-1161
