Without a model number, I will not be able to list the part numbers you will require. If this is similar to a model 11304 (an electric jackhammer), it sounds like it will need a regrease. Most likely old grease has found its way between the face of the striker(34) and the inside of the piston(28). If you are willing to take it apart, it would be best to clean all of the old grease out and replace all of the orings and seals, and regrease with a Bosch service pack. If you repost your Model number, I will be able to get you the exact part number that you will need. Bosch service packs typically come with all of the consumable wear items, and well as new brushes. Let me know how this goes, and do not hesitate to contact us again with any questions or concerns you may have.
