Question about Lands Phones
Today, out of the blue - we can't recieve incoming calls....here i am thinking that somehow it's blocked incoming calls, but there's no option to even do that! At first i thought because we changed providers it was the culprit, but no, we can make outgoing calls and the caller ID is still our phone number. Not even the manual gives any help. I resetted all handsets and base...but can't seem to find anything else on the net that would help.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi! There is a small device available in the market which is a converter. By connecting this between landline and phone, caller ID start display simply.
It cost to me Rs.450/- made by Fintel. Try to get it cheaper at your place.
Try this and the problem is solved.

I was using this site while trouble shooting this in the US...
If the customer has DSL with filters in the same system go back to the NID and Isolate the DSL,
test the caller id and call waiting caller id. If this works you have Data Bleed coming from the DSL.
Make sure there are not two sets of filters on the line. Tjis customer had a filter with the DSL modem.
Doing this we just fixed an on going problem for a field tech who was the second callout on a customer issue.
