Sad to say, but that's one of the ways a picture tube can behave when it's gone bad. After it warms up, one of the wire elements in the neck of tube sags and touches something it shouldn't. As a result you're seeing the green screen, and then the set shuts down for safety because of voltage feeding back. The only way to repair the set would be with a new tube, and that's completely uneconomical. You can buy a new 32-inch LCD set now for less than the price of a new tube, not including the labor to install the replacement and get the color alignment (convergence) set up.
Picture tubes are available at electronic spare part shops. You have to give them the number and type of the picture tube, to which your JVC TV has. Picture tube, along with its Yoke fittings are integrated, and you can replace it by yoursef at home. Be very carfull in handling the picture tube, as they are highly vacumed, and will explde by hard hits. There will be four seating screws on the four corners of the picture tube, and these slots will clearly alaign if the picture tube selected is orginal number. Diamentions of these holes will be different to spherical and flat picture tubes. So you must first aware of the type of picture tube, which the TV has fitted earlier. OK.
Sorry to tell you this, but that's one symptom of a bad picture tube. After it's warmed up a little, one of the elements in the neck touches something it shouldn't and you see the result. There's no repair except a new tube, and that's completely uneconomical. It would be less expensive to replace the set.
Before confirm the picture faulty go and the select the blueback option ON in menu option. Disconnect the cable signal and check the tv displays bluescreen. If it is there picture tube will ok, fault in C board. May be dry contact in blue output section the picture tube conducts heavily the respective color.
