the PUK code is for your simcard. If you have a GSM mobiile nokia, you can contact your mobile carrier and they'll provide you with the PUK code.
as per Nokia.com*
The PUKcode is an 8-digit code from your Service Provider used to change a disabled Personal Identification Number (PIN) code.
*Nokia did not give me this info personally.
Again, as stated, the PUK code is SIM card related. Not phone related.

When u connect the phone with the pc, u just scroll down to image the mass storage. i hope, it will be the 2nd option. Go for it and u will be connected with pc for data sharing.

the puk code is there to fully reset the phone. That is why they do give it to you. Call your service provider ask for tech support. Remember this is used for resetting you phone completely.
