Push the lower left mode button (C) until the bottom line of the LCD is "HS". Then press either to top right (B) or bottom right (D) buttons to change the position of the hands. The mode button selection is shown on page 1 of the manual. Changing the hands is described in the Analog Timekeeping section on page 4 of the manual.
