Question about Televison & Video
After the work we did with your rep to resolve the issue we determined that we did not have a means to fix the problem. Your rep suggested to call the cable provider and have them run a test signal. They said that would probably fix the problem, but if it didn't they may need to change the cable box. I contacted the cable company and they ran the test signal which did not work so yesterday the cable company sent a technician out and they changed the box. This corrected the problem and the HDTV is working great. Thanks for the help even though it did not work by your solution directly, you did lead me to resolve the problem.
