Question about iHome Clock Clock Radio for iPhone iPod (iP9BR)

Open Question

Display went out on my ia91 is it fixable or do I have to replace?

Everything else works on the product except the display on the front. It makes it hard to see the clock.

26" ILO HD Tv, should I trash it, or is it fixable?

If you can get input to work you might be able to work around it with a vcr tuner and remote. If channel 3 works you can hook up an external tuner.

Lots of different work arounds depending on just what you can get to work.

If nada, then you just might have to bite the bullet given the high cost of repairs and the relatively inexpensive prices for new ones.

Is the clock that has stopped working fixable?

Yes, but ... If this truly is a failure, you're looking at replacing the clock/display/control board. This is usually a VERY expensive solution. In some cases more than it's worth as compared to replacing the entire microwave. The clock not 'sticking' is a rather unusual complaint. I'd highly recommend that you dig out the owner's manual - or check on-line for one if you can't find / don't have - to make sure you're not missing a step while setting the clock.

I have a Pioneer DEH-P3600 detachable face car CD receiver. It has been working great until a week or so ago. After removing the front panel, turning the car off then reattaching it and starting the car...

did you clean the contacts on both the face and the subpanel? what did you use to clean it with. usually qtips and rubbing alcohol or a pencil eraser work best.

Mitsubishi HS-U57 vcr front display gets very dim!

Your front display is worn out, it has gotten gassy. Therefore the luminance level is low & the part is no longer available.

I have the same Garmin product. It had a problem displaying anything. I went to the Garmin web site and got tech support. They fixed the problem by telling me what to do. Try them befor you throw it away. But it sounds un-repairable

Broken Screen on Plasma TV

Broken Screen on Plasma TV A broken TV screen can not be fixed. A replacement sceen can cost as much as a new tv since the new set prices keep falling. You can sell the unit for parts. (ebay?)

You can get a screen protector from;
http://www.tv-armor.com/

or fashion your own.
