Question about Televison & Video
When I connected my aerial lead for the very first time after coming off Sky, after using the "Source Button" I could not get interference let alone a picture. As this the first time the tv has been used for terrestrial tv, I wonder if the aerial socket has ever worked.
It is possible the tuner or antenna connection is bad---If you can call up the menu with the remote set needs to be switched from cable etc to air or antenna and channels programed------not on the rear input connection but for the tuner in the set (presume it has a tuner if antenna connection of any type is there.

By an aerial do you mean a converter?
For the neew TV's you don't need one. Just plug it in using A/V cable (yellow is video, red and white are audio). Be sure you take note of which input you are plugging it into on the TV, and then use your TV's remote to change the video input (usually will be labeled video or TV/Video on the remote) to the one you plugged the PS2 into.
