The Fix Ya rep suggested that I try the "Reset" button located next to the Audio out on the side of the projector; this solution proved to be the fix I needed. I was able to get the lamps to warm up and get into the menu to cut back the bulbs/power consumption on start-up, allowing the projector to function for a problem-free 4 hour period Unfortunately, I had the same issue this morning, but the same fix worked again.

check lamp physically for melted filament, white deposits on filament/ reflector, if so change lamp
if lamp looks perfect, the ballast needs to be replaced, also check for fans if they are running fine
