Try updating your Mac OS X with Software Update.
If you haven't got java then you need to install it here : www.java.com because RuneScape requires Java.
Try using FireFox, it works alot better with RuneScape than Safari.

Make sure you have the latest software updates.
You can also try to close Safari and relaunch.
May also try rebooting the Macbook.

My problem is, as soon as I log in to facebook and click on anything at all it kicks me out , even if I click on my page.

Try using a different web browser and see if it gives you the same problem. If this works, and you want to go back to using your old web browser, try deleting all of the settings files associated with the browser

I am having a problem with responding to my e mails. I get kicked off every time I try to respond or try to send e mails.

in your e-mail account settings check that your outgoing mail server setup is correct. the mail server will look something like 'mail.host.com'.
check with your e-mail provider if you don't know the mail server settings.

Get logged off from Runescape only when playing from my MAC.

Here's how to switch it:

You should be able to find the right things to click on based on their position in the menus, or the icons, which do not change when the languages do.

It's not the mac. It's your web browser. If you use safari, try to update to version 3.2.1. If it's Firefox the current version is 3.0.5. only those two navigators are up to date. But if they don't work, that mean the website is only designed for IE7, damn on them!

Usually, before starting up the game, when starting Java, there will be a notification asking if you trust the java applet. You must click Trust for Runescape to work.
