hello : my proplem is began after i drive my passat 5 kilometer the EPC yellow light is appear and i dont know what that mean . thanks foer your help .. my passat 2003 model petrol . 2000 cc .

Service warning light is on -- on 55 jetta -- car isnt due for a service is there a way to remove warning light and bleep

just reset it, by undoing the battery cable for 3 mintues

Traction control and abs warning lights have just come on

check your brake light swich mate these lights usually come on when brake light switch fails
(these can be reset by removing the switch, pulling out the plunger as far as it will go and then re fitting it)

How do I clear the message service

I'm guessing that you're talking about the check engine light (CEL). besides fixing the problem you can take it to the dealer or someone with a VAG-COM to clear the message.

VW passat coolant warning light on

There's a level sensor plugged into the bottom of the coolant reservoir. Unplug it and clean the contacts with electrical contact cleaner. If that doesn't do the trick, replace the sensor.

first check the fan fuse on the box check if fan turns on or not? then replace the thermotast thank you

I have recently been gettin a STOP brake fault warning light and alarm on my 2003 vw passat tdi, not long had a service. it seems to come on when starting up, then periodically during the drive. havent...

I had this same problem back in November during a very cold spell.I had an appointment to have some "recall" work done on my 03 passat and told them about the STOP brake light. When I picked up my car, the dealer told me that it just needed some brake fluid??, so they filled it ! Well, I don't know about that, but I haven't seen that pesky STOP warning light since.

Reset service warning light

Try this. I can't promise this will work though. Make sure the trip meter on the speedometer is set to the odometer. Turn the key off. Push and hold the trip reset button on the speedometer and turn the key on. Hold the button until the light goes out. This works with a lot of cars so maybe it will work on yours. Let me know something.

Push and hold the trip reset button on the speedometer and turn the key on. Hold the button until the light goes out. This works with a lot of cars so maybe it will work on yours. My 2002 vw beetle speedometer,tach,and fuel gauge stoped working,I checked the fuses all fine. Can they be reset ?
