my blackberry curve 8300 have a problem because my bb have in a white screen jum error 513 an reset but wen i touch they go to the same screen what i can do my mom is gonna kill me

the JMV 517 error code is as a result of software corruption. One way or the other, your Blackberry's operating system file has be corrupt.
Your Blackberry OS needs to be reinstalled in order for the problem to be solved. You will need Blackberry Desktop Manager installed on a computer, download the latest device software from your carrier website and perform a clean reload of the device software. Below is a link that will guide you on how to do the clean reload :
Once the link is opened, scroll scroll down the page to be able to read information.
Note that due to the JVM error(s) , unless you have done a backup of your personal data of have contacts on a SIM card, you WILL LOOSE all personal data on the device.
If your Desktop Manager can't recognise your device, you will need to contact your Carrier and have a Technical Support Agent assist you.
