How large a breaker do i need for this stove.? model rb787 50 amp is what i have now with 10 gauge wire

The recommended breaker for any electric oven isd 40 amps, though you could probably get away with a 30 amp breaker. Personally, I would go with the 40 amp breaker.

What size breaker do i need for a whirlpool gold 465 electric range

A range that is under 12 kilowatts can be fed with 8-3 with ground cable and a 40 amp two pole breaker .. BUT .. that does not anticipate that the next range might be larger, SO I would use a 6-3 with ground cable and a two pole 50 amp breaker. The extra expence of the wire now is nothing compared to the expense of replacing it later.
Either installation would be using the same 50 amp 4 wire range receptacle.

Broiler doesnt' turn on, does a viking range need a separate designated electric electrical breaker?

The documentation for this range calls for a 240 volt, 40 amp, dedicated circuit for the electrical supply on 30 & 36" ranges. 48 & 60" ranges require a 240 volt, 50 amp supply.

3 # 6 wires for the power phase wires and neutral, you can get by with a # 8 on the neutral, but that wire carries all the current im-balance so why scrimp, if you need a safety ground wire i.e. 4 wire plug required in some areas you can use a # 8 wire for this, the # 6 wire will carry 60 AMPS/the # 8 wire will carry 40 amps, most stoves use max 40 amps

Number 6 wire and a 40-50 amp breaker. Anything smaller will overheat and become a fire hazard, especially at 139 feet.
