Fuse 3 - 20A - E-box fan, Transmission RPM sensor, Camshaft positioning sensors, Mass airflow sensor, Fuel pump relay, Secondary air pump relay, A/C Compressor relay, Fuel tank leakage diagnostic module, SMG selector lever
Fuse 4 - 30A - Oxygen sensors and oxygen sensor heater circuits.

This sounds like a burned or stuck valve. Try a little marvels mystery oil in the dead cylinder to see if it can free up the valve (if it is stuck).

could be a spark knock which means a bad plug wire worse case it needs a valve check take a screw driver put on valve cover to hear it cost of repair is 125.00 and up
