Question about LucasArts Entertainment Company Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures for DS

1 Answer

Nintendo DS Lego Indiana Jones game doesn't always load.

My son bought the Lego Indiana Jones game for his Nintendo DS Lite. When we brought it home, it wouldn't register on his DS for him to even play the game. Where the game icon is supposed to show up on his touch screen, it just said "There is no DS card inserted." We tried a few times and then finally brought it back to Wal-Mart and exchanged it for another. When he put the new game in his DS, it registered, and he was able to play it. But since then, we've still had problems with it recognizing the game. It's very frustrating. Before taking it back, I wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem or if anyone had a suggestion. My son loves the game when he can play it; he just can't always play it.

Ok, clarification.... When you pop a game into the DS and turn the system on, there is a game icon that shows up at the top of the touch screen, right on top of the pictochat and DS Download Play icons. Sometimes, when we put in the Indiana Jones Lego game, no icon shows up, which means we can't play the game. (I tried to set it up to where it auto-loads the game, but that didn't work either.) Sometimes the game icon does show up and he can click on it and play the game. It's the weirdest thing. All of his other games play fine, so I know there's not something wrong with his system. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions. I don't want to keep exchanging games if the same problem persists. I just thought it was strange that it happened with both of the Indiana Jones games he tried. I may end up just getting his money back and just getting a completely different game.

My indiana jones lego game (ds lite)played fine last night but then wouldn't save. Today it says it's corrupt and to remove / reinsert card (doesn't help) Any ideas? Thanks

Sorry to say but it is really 99.9% un-fixable had it hundreds of times with all my lego games on DS and on PS2. On PS2 i back up the game data but yea you cant fix it and will never probably find answer sorry the game data is lost.

PS:think about what you may have done on the last save to curropt it exploting gliotches and messing with the game while it was running.

My son changed the language on his Lego Indiana Jones game to German and we can't change it back. We changed the language to English on the unit itself using the menu, but the game is still in German. ...

Load up the game and do the following.
1. At the main menu choose the 3rd option "Optionen".
2. Then 3rd down "Sprache".
3. And "English".
4. Enjoy your English Indy.

Indiana Jpnes DS

The obvious answer is to walk up to them and keep walking. i just turned it on and replayed the level to clarify...and you just walk up to them and keep walking. if your having trouble maybe your walking of the wrong cliffs or not doing something right.
