Re: f2 in troubleshoot not work because of the password...
Theres a program called spotmau ;you can download a free version off net( google "spotmau")first off download it then unzip contents and create a boot disk and copy contents to disk.( there is a instruction file included in the zip of how to do) then turn off pc making sure cd is still in tray.reboot.system will startup with spotmau and a menu page will come up.there is a section to remove all passwords choose it.when done remove disk and reboot to windows. The other way is to partially strip pc to remove rtc battery for a minute or so then replace battery and put pc back together.

1. Turn off your PC ang remove power cable 2. Open your PC Casing and find the CMOS battery 3. Remove CMOS Battery Located in your Motherboard 4. Most Bios Battery is CR2032 Lithium Battery 5. After removing battery Short circuit the Positive (+) and Negative (-) pin in your bios terminals using a metallic screw or any metal to connect both terminal. 6. Put back the CMOS battery to its original location. 7. Turn on your pc and press F2 or delete depending on your Motherboard BIOS key. 8. Check if you can enter the BIOS settings.
not sure whats so tricky is really rather simple the laptop must come apart there is a battery on the mother board it must be removed for aboput 10 minutes this will total clear the bios replace the battery and reassyemble laptop if that dont fix it you may need to flash the bios to repair it.
