Problem for Motorola V170

Capitalization in Phonebook

I've read the manual and still can't figure out how to capitalize anything except the first letter (this is automatic) of a name I am putting in the phonebook of my Motorola V170 . If I want to put in a last and first name of an entry, I can't capitalize both. HELP!!

I did see that in the manual but either I don't understand it, I'm totally a dork or it doesn't work.
I'll keep trying to figure it out.

-   Per that manual: Use the up/down arrow keys to capitalize or lowercase respectively.
FYI - it doesn't work. It will, quite randomly, change to upper or lower case lettering, but I have not figured out the combination of keys that make this happen.

Thanks! The arrow keys will change the letters, you have to hit the arrow quick enough for it to work.

Hello,

I have found a link to the V170 manual in PDF format, and on the left hand side of the manual under ENTERING TEXT it has a section on capitalization.
Please compare against your own phone to see if it matches.
