You have to measure the opening of the focuser. It is either .965 or 1.25 inches in diameter. Maximum magnification is less than 100x (50x per inch of aperture 50mm= 1.96 inch) This would be true for a real telescope.
Note: this is a toy NOT a telescope. It will only frustrate you and turn you off from astronomy.
You are better off throwing this out and get a good basic scope from Meade,Celestron, Orion or Skywatcher.

A balonet tap is broken off the bajonet ring

Don't try to glue it on :-)

If it's only one tab, the other two should be able to hold the lens securely enough to allow you to continue using the lens. However, its risky and you should get it fixes as soon as you can.

Any qualified camera repair shop should be able to replace the lens mounting ring (that's the part with all three tabs). If you're confident you can do the replacement yourself (you'll need at least a screwdriver and a soldering iron, assuming the lens has any electronics in it), you may be able to order the part from
http://uscamera.com/nikonlens.htm
They don't have parts for all Nikon lenses.

Usually with perscription lenses you should just go to where you got them from. Go back to where you got them from and ask them toorder you new ones. Or you can order them online HERE.But the lenses may not go into the sunglasses easily. You may need to take them into a glasses store to put them in for you. Many will do it for free too.

Broken lense to police sunglasses. These glasses are approx. 12-15 years old but are much loved. Mod Police 2346 Col 647

As there is obviously no warranty any more, the only way is to see a good optician, best one who is selling police, and have both glasses replaced. It's impossible to replace only one because the optical lenses are now technically much more advanced as well as the colors. Whether it's worth the time and the expenditure for these old glasses you will have to decide after getting an estimate of cost for the new lenses and repIR

Cleaning a lense for fungus is an iffy if not impossible procedure most of the time as the fungus attacks the material of the lense itself and parts of the lense have to be removed to remove the fungus.

But, the good news is any dealer of new or used equipment will have K-mount lenses. You can find both new and used lenses from B&H, KEH, Adorama, Calumet, and others - though those are some of the most reputable online/mail-order dealers of used and new equipment. You can find almost any kind of lense you'd desire.
