Question about Computers & Internet
The same model ThinkCentre can have different types of network, video and audio drivers and unless you know exactly which one is installed in your ThinkCentre, you need to download all the drivers and install each driver until you find the right driver. When you download the drivers, write down the device driver and it's file name so you have a record of which driver you are installing and which directory the unzipped files are located on your hard drive. Go to the IBM/Lenovo WEB site - support/download page and download the latest Windows device drivers for your model computer, Use this link: - http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/product.do?template=%2Fproductselection%2Flandingpages%2FbrowseByProductLandingPage.vm&sitestyle=lenovo&brandind=10&validate=true

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If your laptop burn CDs or write to other external media (USB drive for example), you should be able to get the drivers from this URL: http://www.pc.ibm.com/cgi-bin/access_IBM.cgi?version=4&link=gen_support&mtm=&country=US&language=en . It will show the Lenovo logos all over the page. Then fill in the exact model of your PC (usually a four digit number followed by a 2 digit number and a letter) or go through the desktop/model/type drop downs.Download the files to your laptop, copy them to external media and take that to your M52. From there, you will usually need to expand the files to a folder on your hard disk and then install them from there. (Execute to expand them.)
I hope this helps.

you will have to download a driver for the sound card. IBM was bought out by Lenovo so you will have to head to www.lenovo.com and search for the model of you computer.
