If you are using a memory card, take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that are available to help you recover your photos. This blog article reviews and outlines several of the better ones.
We should refer to an expert in this case. Although i am not so sure if the pictures can still be retrieved in digicam cases or if it is somehow similar to deleted file retrieval in PCs where there is still a possibility of "undeleting".
Yes, but you will need to purchase a "Rescue" program such as Rescue - Pro, this enables you to search a camera memory card, and retrieve the last images taken. Beware however that if your son has taken more photos after the ones he deleted then the "Rescue" software may have trouble.
The best option is to withdraw the camera card from use until you have used the "Rescue" software, to prevent corruption to the image files.
These programs are available for down load off the web, at very reasonable prices, or maybe available when purchased with a high end memory card, such as San Disk Extreme IV Series Cards.
Hope this helps
hi try to reset ur camera...To do such reset, turn on the camera and hold the menu button down for longer than 5 seconds. A message should hopefully come up on your LCD asking if you want to reset the camera. Select Yes... thank u!!! rate me!!
There is no way you to mass deleted all pictures by just touching the screen. You must first display the pic you want to delete, then press the Trash Icon, then select yes on the screen, so accidental pic deleting is very hard to do.
I believe your pics are still on the camera, else the camera is defective.
You can recover deleted pictures from digital camera by follow a good digital camera photo recovery tutorial, take a look at this one that helped me before: digital camera picture recovery guide hope this helps.
