Samsung model # HCL4715W Rear Projection TV will not turn on. Tv is plugged in and the red light is on on the front of the TV but the power but nor the remote will turn the unit on.

why use the 040's instead of the 020's?
the STK392-040s are better ICs,but you can just go back with 020s..
Located in front of ICs is 2 resistors Low ohms you need to check also 2.7ohms.
