Question about Logitech Cordless Desktop S 510 967557-0403-EA Keyboard/Mouse
Go to the Dell website and click on the Support section. The website will ask for your model number or your service tag number which is normally under or the side of the computer. Once you enter that info, look for the option to talk to a Dell support live chat online. It is free and you can present your problem and get an answer right away.
As for as cleaning goes, denatured alcohol with a Q-Tip may help, but since it is new and you didn't spill anything on it, it could have come that way. There are little switches under each letter and sometimes they go bad. So ask for a replacement if it's always been that way. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
