Your ram is over worked than its size. Try closing some processes from the task manager. Then, disable the extensions of the browser. To do that, (for google chrome)
--> Go to settings
--> Click "tools"
--> Select "extensions"
--> Then disable (uncheck) the buttons.
--> Restart your browser.
Some things more:
try clearing all browsing data......
