I have just got a LG KS360, and can't find anyway to sync the calendar with Outlook, I didn't get any software with my phone from Virgin, did you get something with yours? If so could you give us the name of the software so that I can do a search on-line for it.- Ivegotbigear

- I cant sync contact and any information either :( I brought it for 2 days.
Already install software from dvd that came in the box....but it doesn't work. I really need to sync all client contact asap....I'm waiting for a life saver now :P

- I installed there syncing program... i cant spell.... and conected my ks360 tvia usb and i wouldnt read my mobile this is driving me insane im trying to find a syching program that supports it and when i do ill tell you guyz - Guest

- I have the same problem. Also a new problem is how do you configure the Calendar to use the Memory card for storage space. Half way through my synce with outlook it gives me an error: "Out of Memory".

go to this site and download
http://uk.lgmobile.com/web/web.support.manualSoftwareRF.laf

After finding your phone via imei etc, ask to download the support tool.

After downloading the support tool, enter your model number and download the sync software

Now in your phone, go to settings, then to connectivity, then usb. Make your phone is set to data service.

The sync program should then recognise the phone. and you can import and export contacts via outlook etc.

holy **** it took me ages but i found the usb driver which LG dont tell ya you need had to trawl thru the lg site to find. eventually sussed it under lg ks360GO lol anyways here it is but u will have to find the right one for your network http://uk.lgmobile.com/web/web.support.manualSoftwareRF.laf

Got to say that LG are useless in giving any help in this. Never, ever gonna buy their products again!

I seem to have the same problem. My phone can see my PC via bluetooth but the PC Suite gives me no option nor connectivity to scan via BlueT for my phone. Also unable to sync via USB where the phone is found. Also get error code when running USB setup. Aaarggghh
