Raising handlebars

There is a single central connection to the handlebars This is called the "gooseneck". (Ther handlebars slide through the goosenect and then the gooseneck is tightened to hold the handlebars. The connector to tighten is in the front (so you do not get "injured" if you have a collison). Loosten the connector (it may be allen, or perhaps hex nut.). Raise or adjust the handlebars, then tighten. Make sure it is really tight (do not strip the threads). The handlebar has serrations to lock on to the gooseneck so the handlebar - gooseneck bolt will have to be loosened quite a bit to allow the serrations to "jump" to the next serration.

Brake rotor removal

you shouldn't need any special tool all you have to do is remove the caliper assembly of the rotor and the rotor should come right off. If not then the rotor should come off if a there is a nut holding it on there

How to replace front wheel bearings on 2005 ford freestyle

The front wheel bearings are replaced with the entire hub assembly, we don't have the exact model info but we do have access tot he Ford Explorer instructions, which are pretty much exactly the same procedure with minor differences. Bolt torque on the new hub nut is 285 Foot pounds, you do need heavy duty tools as you will see.

Ford freestyle sel 2005 brake lights not working, the turn signals go faster then normal inside the vehicle, as far as i know the blinkers in back don't work either. looked at the fuse box and seems...

Generally when the turn indicators blinks really fast it means that the bulb has burnt out and needs replacing. I believe that they are dual filament bulbs in the back meaning that the stop/turn/park light are all in one bulb. In order to gain access to the bulbs you'll need to remove the tail light assembly. You will have to open the rear hatch and on the bottom by the taillight you should see two screws. Remove these screws and pull the taillight out and disconnect the electrical connectors. Next you will have to remove the socket. To do this just turn it,counter-clockwise I believe, slightly and it should pop right out. Replace the bulb and reinstall and you should be all set. I hope this helps you out.

Front fork too narrow to fit tire

sounds like the box may have been squashed. send it back to where you got it from or its not that hard to spread the forks apart by pulling them. used to do this all the time when servicing mountain style bikes that have been thrashed by customers :)
