Problem for Microsoft Outlook Express

Cannot delete messages in outlook express 6.0

whenever i delete a message, outlook express locks up. task manager reveals that oe is not responding. i then have to close oe and re-open it. how can i fix this?

i am running windows xp and just installed sp3.

Try repairing Outlook express first clear any unnecessary files be sure about enough disk space on active partition

control panel--> add remove program and repair MS office
