My machine has started to flash leds with the energy save button and the on/off simultaneously whilst it sounds like the machine is also trying to pump out. I have to unplug it to stop it from doing this and no amount of pressing buttons seems to help (not surprisingly I suppose!) Is there a way to solve this without having it serviced for the second time in 3 months? Thanks!
I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WF 440; When turned on water flows through the soap powder tray but drum does not fill, it then rotates and the on/off switch light flickers and then after going throught the correct sequence of lights the light to the left in a vertical row which starts with "mini load" then "reduce crease" the reduce crease starts to flicker, and apart from the drum rotating the machine does not wash.
Hotpoint Aquqrius WF000 my problem is not washing properly, clothes come smelling un clean, if i use powder there is a white residue, plastic caps melt on the clothes, tried full loads and half loads still same, sometimes some clothes are still dryish. had to wash clothes over and over again seems not enough water , old hotpoints were great you could see the water in the drum, can`t on this one never had probs with them. any ideas????
we have had the same problem it stops half way through wash and starts flshing.my partner has checked the filter and it wasn't blocked.HELP! don't know whats wrong with it.
hi, I have the exact same problem . My hubby has already cleaned out the pump (there were three coins and a handkerchief in the filter) and put everything back together again but the washer still continues to pump out as it is filling and the on/off button and energy save button flash simultaneously. please help only ive a 2 year old and desperately need my washer to work again
check your pump for any blockages it may not be pumping out fast enough the tomer only gives the pump a certain amount of time to pump all the water out if has got some blockage than clean out and this should sort the problem out always check pockets if this is no help let me know and ill let u know what else it could be m8

try running a cold wash. if it works its likely to be the heating element because the water isnt getting to temp and just holds its cycle!. It happened to me about 1 year ago i fixed it and now its happening again.
