I installed prostart remote starter in 2002 Sonoma, used xpresskit bypass module to bypass passlock 2, truck started with remote ,now won;t start with remote, have to reset and start with truck key

If you are sure that everything is connected properly, then the only explanation could the ground when running from the remote starter to the bypass. If you are using data to data(D2D), switch over to wire to wire. Test the ground when running connection from the remote starter (white) to the ground when running connection of the Xpresskit (blue). You could even go so far as to connect the ground when running of the bypass to constant ground for the test. You CANNOT leave this wire connected to chassis ground.
Also, that vehicle has a second ignition wire(white) that MUST BE power up for remote start. If not, it will trigger the check engine light.

Have a Ford transponder2 in a Nissan Xterra when I hit the remote starter the engine turns over but will not start. When I take the key out of the transponder wire coil and put it back in the car will...

So, this is a transponder key box, correct? And, the vehicle starts with the remote starter when you put the key in the ignition but, the vehicle will not start when you put the key in the key box, correct? If what I have explained above is the issue, there could be one of several problems. The key box may not be getting power and/or ground when running. Test to make sure. Next, the antenna ring going to the ignition cylinder may need to be adjusted to insure that the signal is being received by the vehicle. Next, if the vehicle starts with key in the ignition; also test that the remote starter works with the placed by the ignition cylinder (without being placed in the ignition). If the remote starter starts with the key IN the ignition but not with the key being placed BY the ignition cylinder, you may need to activate the key sense wire during remote start.

Added remote starter on vw jetta 2004

No, this is not correct, did you have to give up a key, or did he use a bypass module, either way, you can check next time it won't start by putting your key into the ignition and leaving it in the off position, then try to remote start it, if it starts then your installer needs to reposition the transponder loop around the ign switch or reposition the "key in the box"

The 2004 Town and country has a factory anti-theft immobilizer which uses a chip in the key. Without bypassing the immobilizer the vehicle will not run (the anti-theft disables the electronic furl pump). Is the factory security light on the cluster flashing when you try to remote start? if so, Re-check the bypass unit that was installed with the remote starter, the transponder should be mounted at the ignition switch, it could of slipped off. It is possible that it has lost its programming or even failed completely.

from Note: All transmitter codes must be learned at time of programming!! The unit will learns up to 4 different transmitter codes. 1. Open Hood (If no hood pin installed with your system, then you must ground the Gray Hood pin wire). 2. Turn key to the ON position. (Pink wire must be connected.) 3. Press Programming button 4 times, then after a few seconds the unit flashes the parking lights 4 times. 4. Press button #1 of the transmitter to be coded. You should get 2 light flashes indicating the unit is waiting for a 2nd code, then press button #1 of a second transmitter, the unit will flash 3 times indicating its waiting for the 3rd code and so on. If all 4 codes are learned, the unit will automatically exit code learning mode, otherwise turn key off and close hood. See diagram below.
