if they take out the oprinthead assembly when
they change the ink carts? the error light will remian on til it is
reinstalled the correct way WITH THE PRINTHEAD STILL IN THE
PRINTER!!!!!!!!!! There is nowhere in that book that tells anyone to remove
the printhead when changing the ink cart. If you do it right, it works just
fine.
I think cartridge is not placed properly. Please remove and put back cartridge again with care.
Clean the cartridge contacts, the printer may have a fault that is causing the error message.
