Question about Electrolux Epic 6500 Vacuum
I've cleared the hose and the vacuum has cooled but it still does not start. Is there a reset button or something that I should be doing in order to get the motor to start?
The thermal switch should reset itself after it has cooled. If it still won't restart after a while longer, put a a new bag in the machine and turn the machine off and back on. The only other things that should keep it from running other than the thermal overload, is the bag being full or the bag not being present. Either of these faults would need to be corrected and then the machine switched off and back on to clear them. I hope this helps. Good Luck!!
