My wireless headset SLEH-00075 doesn't work. can you help me with that?

If I start my wireless headset(SLEH-00075) then he give some light but i still can't speak. i hope you guys can help me with this problem.

Went through wash cycle. Blinking light when charging but does not turn on.


Try using "air in a can" to blow out any condensation or dampness that still may exist, if that doesn't work, Plantronics can replace it if it is within the one year warranty. Here is the link for the Plantronics online warranty replacement service.

I just got the Jabra GO 6470: The desk phone doesn't ring in the headset, so if you're not within hearing distance of the desk phone (but within the 300 foot range of the base) you don't know...


what i gather from what you have said is that the headset doesn't ring at all. this would indicate to me that the headset is not paired with the base.
normally when pairing devices the base station will look for the device but at the same time you will have to hold the headset power button for at least 5 seconds for that the other device can capture the signal.
i will look into this for you but try this method if applicable but the bluetooth devices do have to be paired in order to work.

I am charging from new and the instructions say I should have a blue light when charged but the red light stays on this is after several hours


This could be a problem with your battery. If you have ever let the battery TOTALLY discharge (left it dead for a long time because you couldn't find the charger or whatever) it may not be able to hold a charge any more. If this is the case, the charger will constantly try to charge the battery, but it will lose its' charge even as it is charging. If you can replace the battery that might help.
If your battery is new, and you are still having this problem, it could be a problem with your charger setup. The headset might be getting enough power to turn the light on, but not enough to charge the battery. Try cleaning the connections with an eraser (one on the back of a #2 pencil works great). Just erase any corrosion on the contacts, and your power connection should improve. Alternatively, you could buy a new charger and see if that helps.
If neither of the above issues is the problem, then your headset probably has a short circuit, and will not accept a charge. If it is new, there might be a manufacturer's defect in the wiring (it is rare, but these things do happen on occasion) If it is a defect in manufacturing, you should be able to get a replacement for free if you talk to Customer Service at Samsung. If you have to deal with sending your headset in to the company and wait for them to send out a new one, ask if there is any monetary compensation, or upgrade that they can give you for your inconvenience. A lot of the time manufacturers will either upgrade your purchase, or give you some sort of discount on a future purchase (or even a rebate on what you have bought) to keep you as a customer. They might not give you anything, but it doesn't hurt to ask :-)

Savi Office WO100 won't charge. The green light on the base is blinking but my computer says there is 0% percent charge.


There are two possible solutions to this issue:

1. The headset needs to be reset.
2. The headset is defective and should be replaced.

To reset the headset, use a straightened paperclip to push the reset button on the inside of the headset, below the earhook. See the pic:

You may need to hold the reset button for a few seconds. Then replace the headset into the cradle. You should see normal behavior again.

If this doesn't work. you will need to replace the headset.

The mad catz blue tooth mic #8860 wont charge how can i fix it?


Try to charge it on a USB on the PC, If the red light doesn't stay on, meaning it's charging, then you have a faulty headset and you'll have to contact your retailer to ask for a replacement.
Unfortunately this is a know issue with this headsets...

All of a sudden my CS 55 with plantronics stopped working. It shows that its on but the headpiece isnt charing and also doesnt work. Any ideas why?


If the Plantronics CS55 wireless headset shows that it is on, you have to make sure of the following things.

a. the green LED on the base turns on when you turn the call switch on from the headset.
b. the small green LED on the side of the headset is blinking.
c. the telephone headset is lifted from the cradle.
d. if the headset is not charging and the Amber light on the base does not blink when you place wireless headset on it; trying placing the headset more firmly.
e. If the headset is not charging and the Amber light on the base does not blink even after placing the wireless headset firmly on the charging cradle, you may need to change the battery.

Alternately you can try resetting the Plantronics CS55 wireless headset.

Reset Plantronics CS50, CS60 or CS55 Wireless Headset

If you have problems with the sound or connection of your Plantronics CS50, CS60 or CS55 wireless phone headset, you may want to try to hard reset it using the following steps:

Note: Ensure the IntelliStand switch (on the right side of the charging base) is in the - position and NOT the = position.

1. Press both the call control button and the listening volume/mute button for 5 seconds. When the indicator light blinks release both buttons.

2. Press the call control button again. The talk indicator light will again blink to indicate the headset is back to normal.

3. Disconnect the AC charger from the AC charging jack for 5 seconds.

4. Reconnect the AC charger.

Now give the Plantronics headset a try.
