SOURCE: mobile home miller propane gas heater

Sound like the blower motor is burning out. after it has run for a while, shut off the power to your furnace, then fell the motor. if the motor is really hot(be careful) then its starting to burn out. This is a very common symptom of this.

SOURCE: What's the deal? Wont shut off or respond to thermostat. . .

Red= power........White=heat.............Green=fan.................(grey)-(yellow)=cool .....these are the connectons. Disconnect these wires from the thermostat and know that red/power is the only wire that send power to the thermostat, and the rest sends it back to the unit to call for whatever,, red--to . white for heat... red to green for fan .... &red to grey for cool! OK! Turn all your power on, and use a jumper wire from red / green for fan and see if the fan comes on! Then move the jumper wire from red to green , to red / to white for heat and the fan , wait for 3 minutes before removing and going to the next step. Then red /to grey for cool and check if the outside comes on. Either you have a wire touching past the insulations and making a connection, a bad thermostat ,oe excessive wire lead touching the next connection.Thank you very much!

SOURCE: fan speed setting of my Carrier furnace model 58wav091-14

most time, you don't have to do anything because the default setting for wiring with fan speed already. if not, trace the motor wires from motor with red , white and black from motor fan to PL2 and PL1. the best is look at a diagram from your actual furnace.

SOURCE: Anyone have a wireing diagram for a nordyne E1EH-015HA

Intertherm does not offer a wiring diagram for the E1 series anymore. So I have included a link to the E2 series. They are very similar and you may find this service manual helpful for whatever problem you may be having.

Nordyne furnace FEH017HA-04 the fan runs full force when the ac is on but half speed when the furnace kicks in

That is probably normal if it is electric heat to slow the air over the heating elements. Even some gas units do this. Check to see if the unit blower motor has wires for multiple speeds.

did you check the hose from the inducer to the pressure switch? HAVE you unplugged the unit from the wall outlet to reset the board? DO you have a voltmeter? If you do you can run voltage across the switch and if you get 24 volts you are open.

BLOWER NOT KICKININ ON A NORDYNE FURNACE

Do you have 120 volts applied to the motor? Try spinning the blower wheel by hand, if this getsbthe motor running the capacitor must be replaced. If there is power to the motor and does not start up, the motor will have to be replaced.

I own a mobile home; twice I have had a person come out and fix my heater-Nordyne furnace gas pilot light comes on but when the blower starts, it goes out. Twice spiders had nested in a part or something...

if the pilot blows out when the blower comes on you have air infiltration due to a crack or breach in the heat exchanger which is a very dangerous situation and may need a new heater. make sure you get a qualified service company out to look at. CO poisoning is no joke and a new furnace is worth your heath
