SOURCE: blue area near center of screen
It may not be the light engine. I also have the cloud, and since I was told that touching the bulb surface could cause problems, I took out my bulb to take a look. The fault is Inside the bulb. A cloud has formed on the inside of the bulb dead center. I have a feeling this is the problem and replacing the bulb again is going to be the solution. By the way, I buy the bulb alone and put it in the casing myself. The last time I got a replacement the casing was slightly and I do mean slightly, out of line with my set.

I work as a Contractor for Vizio repairs, and I can tell you that the only solution is to replace the motherboard, or if under warranty REPLACE IT! I have had situations when I replace Motherboard and within 2-3 hours the TV is making either Green, Red, Or Blue pixels where dark areas are. If under warranty don't accept any thing but a full replacement.
