Replace printhead - scanner assembly. The scanner motor is not working correctly. Need to remove side covers, back of printer assembly, the top cover. Printhead is below the top cover

You can change the language on your Lexmark Optra T610 by pressing right arrow Menu button 6 times -> select Printer Language (first option to appear), hit Select -> select preferred language, hit Select button to save.
Hope this helps. Thanks.

I have an error on my Lexmark T632 printer saying 933 service printhead error, can you tell me what this means

Printhead error message indicates that the printhead (laser scanner) unit inside the printer is not working correctly.
First step trying to fix this is to turn printer off, and back on after 10 seconds. If this won't clear it, try and plug the printer in a different power point straight into the wall. If the error does not clear, the printer will probably require service to correct the issue.

Invalid engine code on Lexmark Optra T610

Sounds like you've experienced a fairly common problem with Lexmark Optra printers. The engine board has more than likely failed. Rather than go to to Lexmark, try this site for a less expensive replacement board...

Get the error message change tray to plain letter

Most probably the paper tray guide is not set properly. Here's a link to the Lexmark website to guide you on what to do when having an error like this. Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/c4AO17 . You can move the paper tray guide back and forth and setting it to the correct size.

a 922 error means that the ac circuit is open. this is the heat lamp circuit. a burned out bulb, blown thermal fuse, or pitted contacts will be the cause. replace the fuser and your back up and running

I am getting a message that says 900 Service RIP software - what does that mean? I cannot print.... help??

Hi,
This means there is a problem with the engine board. You can try to reset to factury defolds. Turn off the printer, push the buttons 2,3 and 5 and than turn on the printer. When message "reset to defolds" apears release the buttons. If this does not work than you have to exchange the engineboard.
Good luck, Gerrit Jan

LEXMARK

Hi,

That error indicates that you need to replace the Engine board. The part number is 11K1416, a service tech would need to replace it due to settings needing to be reset.

OPTRA T610 NOT PRINTING FROM TRAY1

What happens is that the rubber roller that's supposed to pick paper up and load it in doesn't pull the paper from the tray anymore, hence it gives the paper jam error message. If you want you can replace that rubber roller to fix the problem, however first thing I do is to take that rubber roller out (remove tray and look underneath to find the roller) and turn it inside out then fit it back. This will give the rubber roller the grip that it missed and solve your problem.
