There are many solutions for this issue, please check and try the one that applies. Make sure you back up any data before proceeding.
- Keep the free space between 350 to 500
KB, so as to keep things running smoothly on your phone and prevent
Nokia 3110c from restarting.
- Don't get your phone loaded with too many
themes downloaded from the internet or atleast, don't switch themes
frequently. These themes, mind you, also load up things into your
already falling Nokia 3110c phone memory.
- Remove the card, get it formatted and then insert it back and then restore factory settings. This just might solve the issue. - Don't try updating of music library frequently or don't often transfer data in/out of your Nokia 3110c phone. GoodLuck! eBookBoy
first of all try to connect the mobile with computer and then try to take all the back updata on a particular folder and then try to delete the the data from mobile and once it is being done then try to scan the computer and once the virus scann is completed and is succesful then try to transfer the data back into the mobile
IF it doesnot work then try to log on to http://techbuddies.org
they will remotely help you out for you computer
hi ,i used to have this problem but when i removed the memory card , copied all it's contents to my pc , format the momory and scan the memory contents for viruses then return the files again to the memory the phone works fine!!
if u still have this problem try another memory card.
i hope it helps.
Dhorner64 is incorrect. Your phone is not fried if you are in a restart loop. You need to do a "warm reset" which will not erase data. It is the equivalent of doing a safe boot in Windows. Remove the battery from your 755p, then put it back while holding the up button on the 5-way. Hold the up button as the phone starts. I had to do this frequently, then run the DataViz Tech app, which is available free from DataViz, to fix their prefs file, which was the source of my crashes. The problem was solved by upgrading to Docs2go v11. I was reluctant to pay to upgrade a crashing app, but the upgrade ended the frequent crashes. I have not had a couple resets since upgrading Docs2go, and no reset loops.
To New Guyxxx: For me too similar problem comes rarely, I wl restart the phone and the problem will b rectified automatically. Try this, if u still face the problem You just remove your memory card frm phone and plug it again. Also ensure the memory card is working properly.
To Guest: You have to use Motorola phone toolkit to copy and backup the contacts and messages. For E6 to be detected as Mass storage, the drivers are preinstalled in XP, so no need of drivers.
this should do the trick...press star, call button(the green one),
three, and power button all together while powering up your
phone..press them until formatting comes out then you release
them..note: don't release buttons until formatting does not
appear....try and try until you succeed
