Box Super restoration of factory settings.

Hi,

We are having problems restoring the channels with our Super Box. We have entered all the codes which are listed on these threads for both Chorus and NTL but still wont work. We think we may have to restore our factory settings but the code 0000 or 1234 is not working, anyone any idea how to change this code or if it is possible without knowing the original code???
Please help no TV make eveyone in my house go CRAZY!!!

The Box, The Box Super, NTL area, not all channels coming in.

Not 100% certain that this'll work but this is what I did & hopefully it'll work for you too - good luck :-
Subject: Star View 3 The Box Super when channels discappear ;o) 1. Press menu then Factory Setting & Enter code 0000 to reset. 2. Exit to main menu & enter 1570 to get into the CASS SYSTEM & turn EMU on 3. Reinstall channels (Goto Installation, Cable network (try TW first & if no channels try NTL then C & W and so on - I'm with Virgin & used the setings for TW) & Voila ;o) Nb: You may have to redownload channels so reconnect yr box to the computer & follow the link below http://www.4shared.com/file/76886028/fd4ac296/GTRom_the_box_Super_8102e_081129.html?err=no-sess & press download !!!
