SOURCE: I have the same ,Sears Kohler tractor won't pull uphill

Have you checked the fluid level in the hydro trans, there is a drive belt from the engine to the hydro trans check and make sure that this is not worn or loose. Make sure that when you check the tension of this belt that you do not have the engine running or the parking brake set, since tension will be released from the belt when parking brake is applied. good Luck

SOURCE: Runs fine on flat ground will not pull a hill

Sounds like you could be running on one cylinder. I assume you have a two cylinder B&S, Tecumseh, or Kawasaki. Remove one spark plug at a time and try driving the mower. If you have nothing on one spark plug and drives exactly the same with the other, then you have a dead cylinder. Can be a spark problem, unlikely a fuel problem assuming a single carb, a bad head gasket, bent push rods. A lot of B&S Vanguard engines, including mine, have a tendency towards bent push rods.

Sears lawnmower kills after mowing for 10 minutes doesn't restart till rested a long time. Repair man says nothing wrong with it.

That is the symptom of a failing ignition module. With the airbox cover and air filter removed run the unit till it fails. Immediately squirt a shot of carb cleaner into the carb and try to restart. If it restarts see if you can keep it running on the carb cleaner for a few seconds. If it wont restart or stay running then its likely an ignition module. If it does restart and keeps running on hte prime then you have a fuel issue.
Other things to check: spark plugs can fail when they get hot, checkt o make sure the engine stop cable is pulling the bail off ground sufficiently. If the cable has stretched it may not pull the bail completely off ground causing intermitent spark.

Have a 48' 23 hp husqvarna lawnmower, it drives fine, but when I go uphill it slows down quite a bit. Why?

Same reason a person slows down when he is riding a bicycle up a hill?
Does the engine nearly die when you engage the blades on the fly?
If so you may have a dead cylinder, my 2148 would mow on the flat pretty well but not an incline with one cylinder. Cause of my dead cylinder was bent pushrods, which is not unusual on V-Twin B&S. You can test this by pulling one spark plug wire off at a time and running it.

GSXR 400 rev problem

The float level in your carb probably needs to be adjusted. If the gasoline level in your float bowl is borderline low, your bike may run fine when level. But on the incline, the gas level at the jet may be too low causing your engine to be starving for gas. The solution is to remove the bowl and bend the tab on the float that pushes the valve up so that the gas won't shut off until the level is higher. If you are a good mechanic, you may try this yourself. If not, take it to someone who can do this for you.

Is your kick-down linkage working correctly? They have a hard time pulling their weight without it. Check out a thread search or post a request for help on the vehicle board at members over there are great and will help you get it diagnosed.
