I am unable to type f, y w and h sometimes! Other times or after
hammering away at them they do work. Can you please advise. I have XP
Student installed. And use Norton.

Hi There, its possible that the cable going to the main board is not making a good contact, or you spilled someting on it. You will have to remove it an clean it but dry it very weel before installing it again.
Best remedy is water and dishwashing liquid but frist make sure that the cable is properly inserted into the main board

Thank you for replying. Do you mean that the cable connecting my laptop could be bad? And do you mean I spilled something on my keyboard or on my cable? How do I clean it, in either case.
