NTSF Computers[XP and 2000] Do not need drivers for cameras. If you have the camera software loaded - Remove it. Let Windows do the work. Having removed the software restart the computer. Plug the camera in- go to 'My Computer' the camera will reveal its self as a new drive letter And Windows will put up a panel and ask what it is you wish to do with the images.

Everytine I try to install the camera using the CD it fails. This is a useless camera.
Anytime i connect my camera to a cmputer it always fail to appear on the system.
Secondly my camera is unable to acess my memory card. Its keeps teling me CF not properly inserted. but i have try several time yet no solution.
If we delete the Caprio software, will all Caprio images be lost? I cannot download the images on the RR30 now. I cannot print the images to save them in that manner.
