Hi,
Download the driver pack for the nx9030 from here:

Just choose your operating system and preferred language.
Hope this helps

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My hp nx9030 keep rebooting itself with the message, PXE E61 media test failure check cable, PXE -MOF EXITING PXE ROM.what can i do

The error PXE-E61: Media test failure usually means the hard diskhas failed or the hard disk needs re-seating or the disk controller is faulty. First - re-seat the harddisk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot andgo into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If itdoesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty. Next - to check if the harddrive is faulty, remove the hard drive and insert it into an USB hard drive adapter and connect it to a workingcomputer's USB port. If this computer cannot see itas an USB mass storage device and you cannot open the various folders and fileson this drive, then this confirms the hard drive is faulty. Then the hard drive needsto be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer orlaptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioningcomputer/laptop again.

depending upon the operating system I would go to the device manager check the usb root hub and if there is more than one remove all hubs and let the system re-install it.

USB not working

if the usb detects other devices and not your drive, the drive itself may be faulty. If you plug in other devices in the usb and it detects them the usb drive or its connector is most likely bad.If it won't detect any devices the port is bad and drivers won't help.Possibly a motherboard issue.

My leptop not detect USB

Generally, this is a fault of the default power management settings in Device Manager. Open Device Manager, USB Devices, USB Root Hub, Right Click, Properties, Power Management Tab. Uncheck the box to allow the computer to turn off the device to save power.
Repeat on all USB Root Hubs
Reboot
Connect a USB device, see if it is detected.

USB drive problem

I had a client with this same issue. However, her issue was that the top left USB port would only accept flash drives. Your external harddrive is probably not getting enough power from your USB port. Try using two USB ports (you can get a connector for this) to power up the external harddrive.

USB ports not working

i am hoping that your USb FLASH Drive is a plug and play like a pen drive  so what you can do is   right click on my computer->properties->hardware->device manager the device manager window will open and then you should go to the bottom of the page here you will find a list of USB controllers
what i would recommend is to uninstall all the usb root hubs and any other device you see listed there like usb mass storage etc
also uninstall the controllers if you wish then reboot your computer.
this would solve your problem .
if it does not then there might be a problem with your windows i myself had the same problem with windows sp2 so i upgraded my system to sp3 and reformatted my comp
but try the previous one first  if that solves the problem then you are all ready to go.

Flash disk comes up as unknown devices

Try to download some new USB drivers, or update your old one. That may fix your problem.
