Hi joshuacsadle
Try this solution to your problem.
Go to Device Manager
To get to Device Manager you will:
Right click on My Computer>Properties>click the Hardware Tab>Device Manager.
After you are in Device Manager look for your MP3 player or Unit.
Here you should see no "Yellow" exclamation points.
If you do they they are telling you that you have a device conflict.
If you currently have your unit plugged in, you may notice the "unknown device" which would be your Player or Unit.
If you unit has an exclamation point by it, then you will need to click on it and delete it.
After you remove all devices with conflicts then click on refresh and search again for your MP3 player/Device.
The computer should install your device this time and solve your problem with connection of the MP3 player/Device.
Please take time to rate me.

Etec player wont power up while plugged into computer. computer not detecting mp3

What you should do is go and buy one of those usb converters for a wall outlet. that way you can plug it is through the wall and see if it is the player or the coputer. If it still does not work it try it with a differnet cable/ If that does not work hit the reset button on the back and that will reset it without deleting any music. If that does not work you are going to need to buy a a new mp3 player because yours has crashed.

Sansa e260 does not get recognized by coputer

Make sure USB mode is MSC....If this doesn't work make sure that you are connected to a 2.0 USB port....I had to install the update on to my labtop and finally it recognized it and updated....
Download Update if you haven't yet(http://mp3support.sandisk.com/sansa/Installer/1082/SansaUpdaterInstall.exe)
Then connect to your computer and see if it works
Hope it does..........Please rate

Can not transfer video from my coputer to sandisk e270

You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize the Real file format, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file.

I was told by Best Buy I could use the USB to transfer video which is not the case, you have to get the firewire cable. To get the computer to recognize the camera (for still images not video) you have to have the memory card in the camera then hook up the USB.

2 Problems need help!

If it is recognized by the computer, you can reformat it. You just plug the mp3 player into your computer and right click on the icon in the MY COMPUTER window, and click on FORMAT. It should come to a new window and click on start format. Your fixer, Wild2DMaxx
